Storage facilities within the thriving town of Alton, Hampshire are easily located within 2 minutes drive of the A31 which is a dual carriageway between Winchester and Guildford. Charwell House Business Centre is based very close to the busy market town and we are just a few minutes walk from Alton Main Line Station where London can easily reached in just over an hour. The transport links are excellent with Gatwick, Heathrow and Southampton airports all within 1 hour of the building.
These secure facilities are protected by Red Care and 24 x 7 CCTV and are available for the period to suit you, whether that be for a week or a year. Your goods are accessible from Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 6pm. Your goods are treated with respect and are placed carefully on high racks having been loaded and secured on to pallets.
The warehouse is 5000 sq ft and is dry and warm and is accessed with fork lifts driven by Charwell House staff. However, if frequent accessibility is required we can place on lower shelving to give you the freedom of being able to come in and out when required.
Prices for 1 pallet (European size) start from an incredibly low price of £3.50 per week.
Our Storage clients range from companies needing a little extra space to store ad hoc goods, to companies using our staff to pick and pack goods when ordered and the general public needing to clear rooms for specific periods.
