The Serviced Office facility provided by Charwell House Business Centre is based in the thriving town of Alton, Hampshire. We are within 2 minutes drive from the A31 which is a dual carriageway between Winchester and Guildford. Our location is based very close to the busy market town and we are just a few minutes walk from Alton Main Line Station. The transport links are excellent with Gatwick, Heathrow and Southampton airports all within 1 hour of the building.
Charwell House caters for all types of businesses, from one person to divisions of world leading PLC’s or equivalent. One of the many advantages of being members of our community is the fact that companies can take the space required at that time and then expand or retract with the peaks and troughs and no one from the outside world will know, it will be the same address, telephone numbers and stationary etc.
Most of our serviced offices are air conditioned and are decorated to a high standard. We provide the office furniture and arrange the office to your taste. Telephones and Broadband are connected as per your instructions and these are ready and waiting for you to sit down and start work from day one. There’s even more good news – we don’t charge set up fees.
There is a monthly fee which includes, business rates, car parking, cleaning, electricity, gas, water, building insurance, building maintenance, air conditioning (if applicable) reception duties, 24 x 7 access, CCTV, and lots of other expenses relating to having your own building, which is all included in ours. Our method allows you to budget completely for the forthcoming year, because our fee can be fixed for a twelve month period and then reviewed with fairness in mind on your anniversary date of joining Charwell House. Having said that, our Licenses are for a three month period revolving for one year, which relieves the obvious concerns associated with a lengthy conventional lease.
Charwell House offers its clients a real community atmosphere, helped by the regular coffee mornings, the open door style of the management offices, the “chill out” room, the football club, the social events, including quiz days and raffles.
