We are within 2 minutes drive from the A31 which is a dual carriageway between Winchester and Guildford. Our location is based very close to the busy market town and we are just a few minutes walk from Alton Main Line Station. The transport links are excellent with Gatwick, Heathrow and Southampton airports all within 1 hour of the building.
Our stylish meeting room can comfortably sit 10 in a boardroom style setting through to 35 in theatre style. Multi media equipment can be provided as well as high speed broad band connections and telephones. The room is bright and airy and is located centrally within Charwell House.
Parking surrounds the building, so your delegates will not need to walk far, plus they are greeted and shown to your room professionally and with a smile!
We provide refreshments of your choice and can cater for lunches or snacks throughout the day.
Our meeting room can be hired from 1 hour or a day. The cost is £20.00 plus VAT for the hour and £100 plus VAT for the day – regardless of the number of delegates.
